Shipping
We ship via the United States Postal Service with confirmation. We do allow for rush orders, for a small fee for expedited shipping – please send us an email first. Optional insurance is available upon request. We are currently experiencing a 2-4 week turnover – please email us if you desire your items sooner.
Tutu and Dress Care Instructions
All tutus if need be washed, should be hand washed and hung to dry. To get out wrinkles and straighten, the BEST solution would be to use a clothing steamer. If you do not have one, the steam setting of your iron should do just fine. As you steam the tutu run your fingers through like a comb and it will straighten out just fine. If your tutu has embellishments it is best to spot clean. When you go to straighten out an embellished tutu ,lift the tulle strips that are attached to embellishment before combing through. You will then have a tutu that looks good as new!
Return Policy
We strive to have all of our customers leave happy. Unfortunately, since we custom hand-craft all tutu items – we are unable to accept returns. Please contact us if there is an issue, if contacted immediately, upon receipt, about a defect in your item – we will exchange the item. Tutu Mommies cannot be held responsible for normal wear on your items. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order after it has been started or materials have been ordered.
